Music Studio “Note zlatá”

The mentor for vocal technique, Maja Bevc, is a graduate jazz singer and violinist.
During her violin studies at the Academy of Music in Ljubljana, she worked as a soloist and chamber and orchestral musician (1st violin in the Quintessence String Quartet, concertmaster in the Laax Chamber Orchestra in Switzerland, student Prešeren Award for performing Sibelius’ violin rhyme concert with Slovenia,..).
After graduating, she played in the Slovenian Philharmonic Orchestra and taught violin at music schools in Ajdovščina, LiTja and Ljubljana. After several years of work and part-time singing education, the path took her to the entrance exams abroad, where she later (in Austria-Graz and Germany-Berlin) completed her jazz singing studies with distinction. In addition to her regular study of jazz singing, she received additional training in vocal technique as well as vocal improvisation with world-famous artists: Fred Hersch, Judy Niemack, Ann Marie Speed, Barry Harris and many others.
She has performed with established Slovenian and foreign jazz musicians in clubs in Vienna, Graz, Bonn, Berlin, Odessa, …
Now he has his singing school in Ljubljana – Music studio Note zlatá, where he regularly works individually with 30 singers and with them, together with professional jazz musicians in the band, organizes several concerts a year (NeboTčnik, Jazz club Gajo, Opera bar, Cekinov grad , …).
In addition, he teaches at singing seminars and collaborates with established vocal groups such as: Perpetuum Jazzile, vocal group KreaTvo, vocal group Bejazzy, vocal group Amadeus, Choir St. Nikolaj Litija, ..
